when just golden brown, add 4 cups of the hottest water possible.
add the rest of the butter and salt – stir until water boils
Once water boils, add the rice
Let it come back to a boil, then cover saucepan and set to lowest flame possible. (this may be a different/back burner on your oven (don’t use the large one)
cook 25 min – don’t peek often at all. taste test rice until done.
